WHISKAS® Collect & Get Offer
The WHISKAS® Collect & Get Offer (also known as the Promotion) commences on October 15, 2009. Go to www.whiskas.ca, and click on the WHISKAS® Collect & Get Offer button. Review the Official Terms & Conditions below, on how to qualify for this Offer. Mail five (5) original proofs of purchase (valid twelve (12) digit UPC’s) from WHISKAS® participating dry food products within the small, medium, or large bag formats, along with a self addressed stamped envelope to: WHISKAS® Collect and Get Offer P.O. Box 300, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 3B6 to get a coupon redeemable for a free WHISKAS® bag of dry food from within the same format. Requests must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2010. Mars Canada Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected requests. Allow six weeks for processing and delivery of the coupon. Offer valid until December 31, 2010 or while supplies last. Offer available only in Canada and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit One (1) request per outer envelope and maximum of one (1) request per month per household.
Terms & Conditions
1. Offer valid on purchases made in Canada only.
2. A request will only be processed if all five (5) valid twelve (12) digit UPCs are from the same format and match the participating products (shown in the grid below) in that format and are accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope. A coupon will be sent which is redeemable for a free WHISKAS® product from within the same format.

3. All requested documentation must be received by 11.59:59PM on December, 31, 2010. Late or incomplete documentation will not be accepted or acknowledged. Failure to submit five (5) original proofs of purchase (twelve (12) digit UPC codes) from the same format and a self addressed stamped envelope will disqualify the request and forfeit the right to receive a coupon redeemable for a free WHISKAS® product. Handwritten, forged or altered UPCs or photocopies of UPC’s and unstamped envelopes will not be accepted
4. Mars Canada Inc. accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected requests.
5. The WHISKAS® Collect & Get Offer is open to individual legal residents of Canada 18 years or older who are located in Canada at the time of product purchase. Employees of Mars Canada Inc., its respective subsidiaries and associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, or persons with whom any of these employees are domiciled are not eligible for this Promotion.
6. Fulfillment of valid requests will be completed within six (6) weeks of receipt of all valid documentation. Free WHISKAS® product Coupon will be redeemable for a Free bag of WHISKAS® food for cats, the coupon will cover the retail value for the product size indicated and will include taxes where applicable.
7. Participants consent to the collection of their personal information by Mars Canada Inc, on the documentation, and to the use and disclosure of this information for the purpose of administering this Promotion. All requests and proofs of purchase will become the property of Mars Canada Inc. and will not be returned. All personal information collected relating to the issuance of the free Product coupon will be destroyed at the end of the promotion
8. Mars Canada Inc. reserves the right to contact the participant directly or through its authorized agent to qualify or confirm information provided.
9. Mars Canada Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or modify this Promotion if its integrity is compromised
10. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information submitted including, but not limited to forged UPCs, use of fictitious or multiple names or addresses will void the request and may result in civil or criminal action.
11. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Canada, is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.
