Terms & Conditions
1. A submission will only be uploaded to the WHISKAS® Catalogue if the Photo is a minimum of 250 KB and a maximum of 4 MB in either a JPEG, or GIFF format. Video is a minimum of 250KB and a maximum of 10MB (maximum running time two 2 minutes in length) in either an AVI or MOV format. Photos & videos must depict a cat that could be categorized under the following headings: Playtime , Naptime, Kitten, Cute, Funny, Sad, Crazy Cat, Snuggling , Grooming, Cat Fight, Tricks , Treats, Eating, Siblings, Cats & Dogs
2. Participants consent to the collection of their personal information by Mars Canada Inc, on the documentation, and to the use and disclosure of this information for the purpose of administering the WHISKAS® catalogue site. All photographs and Video submissions will become the property of Mars Canada Inc. and will not be returned. Submissions will be posted on the WHISKAS.ca website and uploaded to the WHISKAS® YouTube Channel account and will remain there for as long as the website or accounts remain active.
3. Mars Canada Inc. reserves the right to contact the participant directly or through its authorized agent to qualify or confirm information provided.
4. Mars Canada Inc reserves the right in its sole discretion to review and remove any submission that is determined to be profane or that reflects negatively on and /or disparages the animal in any way. Cruelty to animals is against the law and will be reported immediately to the local authorities for investigation and prosecution.
